Two ways to have videos analyzed
Upload one existing video
Record a video via the Younalize app
Both methods are suitable, provided you follow the guidelines below.
General filming guidelines
- Make sure the player you want to analyze is fully visible.
- Always film the player from the side.
- Limit distractions in the picture: the fewer people, balls and movements in the background, the better.
- Make sure there are no people between the camera and player.
- Make sure you have good lighting, both indoors and outdoors.
- Always perform the technique with a ball — without the ball, the app cannot recognize the movement.
- Only film the technique you want feedback on.
When uploading a video:
- Use a high-resolution video, preferably HD or higher.
When recording in the app:
- Try to keep the player within the green shield that appears on the screen.
