Two ways to have videos analyzed

Upload one existing video

Record a video via the Younalize app

Both methods are suitable, provided you follow the guidelines below.

General filming guidelines

  • Make sure the player you want to analyze is fully visible.
  • Always film the player from the side.
  • Limit distractions in the picture: the fewer people, balls and movements in the background, the better.
  • Make sure there are no people between the camera and player.
  • Make sure you have good lighting, both indoors and outdoors.
  • Always perform the technique with a ball — without the ball, the app cannot recognize the movement.
  • Only film the technique you want feedback on.

When uploading a video:

  • Use a high-resolution video, preferably HD or higher.

When recording in the app:

  • Try to keep the player within the green shield that appears on the screen.
